Our form service
The quote and contact form on this website is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information passes through Formspree so it can be delivered to me. Formspree handles that information under its own privacy policy.
When your information is shared
I share your information only when it is needed to quote or enroll you in coverage that you asked about. That may include insurance carriers or the Health Insurance Marketplace. I may also share information if the law requires it.
I never sell your personal information.

This website is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian is requesting coverage that includes a child, the parent or guardian provides that information.
